Do you believe this?
After 3 days waiting, I finally cannot tahan lia. I wanna complain. Do you believe this small lock can cause the car to broke down and need RM600+ to repair?
The service is so terrible!!! At first, they estimate the price of the spare part is Rm300+ and say will confirm with me again. Who know I wait and wait, guess they don't dare to tell me. I call back, the price increase 100% become RM600+. Wah, what kind of service is this? You think I am some one 3 years old that you can cincai potong?
I am really disappointed with such service, how can I trust you any more? What is the use of warranty when I need it? I wanna complain. Hopefully, you all won't see me in the press soon. If they didn't fix it for me, I will sure make this big.

O, Proton Saga..............
Finally, the day come to me. I never thought it will happen so soon. While driving the girl I like and thought can go enjoy dating. My saga blm just broke down and cannot start again. Actually, before this, I found out something different about it. It start to show some sign of "old" and need to start a few times before I can drive out.
Haiz, the car just "die" like that and its so embarrassing since its still very new. Some passer by even drop by and ask me- "bos, tiada minyak?" Arrrrr......How can this happen? It happens not only once but twice and needed to be tow for 3 times already. Luckily, I got insurance cover over the car and its still under warranty.
However, this has totally destroy my trust towards Proton. For whole day, Proton service mechanics still haven't confirm with me what cause my car to break down. So sad ar. I just hope to "heal" my car as soon as possible. Those of you who wanna buy proton saga, think twice la.

Finally SPM result out d.....
Well, as I expected, the result of these students will be quite terrible. Imagine my school count top from behind of whole Kuching. What to hope for beside praying they will at least get an E. If can, I think I wanna change the definition of grading in Malaysia into:
C: Cemerlang
D: Distinction
E: Excellent
G: Gemilang
T( tidak hadir): Terbilang
How can these students pass if everyday only say "malas belajar"? I just cannot stand this anymore. If the students are like that also thanks to the culture of whole surrounding. I cannot imagine why students can come school just to sleep everyday. If you wanna sleep, why not just sleep on your own comfortable bed at home?
No wonder nowadays more and more teachers turn "Gila". May be too many students getting G. Yet, whenever teachers trying to punish them, it will be considered as torture and come out in newspaper. Do you really think students nowadays will be afraid of what a teacher say? If the students not even care about their result, will they care whether they get any verbal warning? Try think about it.
From my observation, students' quality really dropping. While recent result shows straight As students are more than 9K out of 500k SPM students, this is actually 3 times more than what during my time on 2002. However, they are still nearly 3k students who get all Gs. Ask yourself, those who got 21As, 20As in the past few years that newspaper claim they are genius....Do you still hear anything about them? Are they really smart or simply just a exam machine. I just wanna express my sadness while seeing the result of my students because they cannot even pass in this 21 century.

First time buy flower for girl.........
Aiyoyo, si beh paisei. Donno why the time I buying flower also feel awkward lia. May be its my first time, colour I also blur blur. Ask got what colour, tauke niu reply pink or red so I simply pick red la. Suddenly recall she likes white so cincai ask got or not. Haha. Here's goes a white rose. Why pick one as first time? Cause it stands for only one ma, also to cut budget la. Haha. Rm7 for a white rose- consider a good investment la.
Hmm, I never thought I am so shy. By the time I reached outside her home, I can see her parents looking around. Aiyo, I don't know why feel so paisei lei. The time she come in my car, my heart start pounding like wanna heart attack lia. Haha. Talk also kelam-kabut and just give the flower to her or may I say "throw" to her since I a bit ki teong till I actually didn't hold the flower properly. Then, we just laugh and laugh. I think my face is more reddish than her. Haha.
We went for jogging after that and have dinner together. The restaurant she picked also very nice as if I book the whole place because we are the only customers. Haha. They actually light up some candle but too bad they didn't switch off some light. Aiya, really donno how to treat customer well. Haha.
What a day, although she didn't give me any answer. I kind of like it, will continue to think what to do next and enjoy the process. Haha.

All human are the same...........
Well, every human being have "七 情 六 欲 " meaning seven feeling and six desire if I translate straight forward from mandarin. So, now same goes to our fellow Japanese that we can notice some sense of panic around after few days of the earthquake. Look at the video below:
Its simply hard to control your emotion if you were there, what to say if you have relative lost in the tragedy. Look at how serious the tsunami struck and it is the not the earthquake that is devastating.
The matter got worse this few days due to nuclear power plant which is like a time bomb and now even the Japan government mentioned of critical 48 hours. How can Japanese don't get panic?
After US start evacuating her citizen away from Japan, what can you imagine if Japanese government still say it is safe to be around in Tokyo? If I were there, of course I will run away first. Lets see what will happen in the coming 48 hours.

What if.....
Assume that earthquake can strike again any time, if the second wave coming, is Japan prepare for it?
Well, we should solute Japanese as they show high discipline in controlling themselves and maintaining order even after a 9.0 scale earthquake. It really amaze the world by how they reacted- calm, evacuate in order and so far no news about riots. Compare yourself with several video below.
Japanese after the tragedy:

Sorry, cannot show it here because some how it is not allowed to be embedded.
Another video on Japan quake:
Where as, try look what happen in Sichuan, China:
I am Chinese myself and I believe if that kind of disaster strike Malaysia, I will be like anyone in the Sichuan video compare to Japanese.
With that, I believe Japan can handle anything even though if second wave of earthquake happen. Be strong and hope everything will get better soon.

没 眼 看 =No eye see......
Aiya...This is by far the most terrible disaster I experienced since I started my investment. I now suffer on paper loss of 7% but I believe this will not affect the company's future since its profit will not be affected much.
Although now losing few hundreds, I consider myself still very lucky and no match with what they face back in Japan. Really feel pity and sad for them, losing everything they had work so hard. House teared apart, car all washed away and the most priceless is life that simply cannot be replaced. We have to be grateful staying in Malaysia, at least we don't have natural disaster here.
Worst to come if the nuclear plant out of control...

Market Chat
Been to few talks last week, among the most interesting will be the Market Chat organized by Hong Leong Bank and Bursa Malaysia. I personally learn some thing new from this talk and keep myself update with the current market. But I wonder, how come most of the people shown up are uncles and aunties. I think I am among the very few youngster in the 20s.
Well, the first thing I learned is about trading future which I think is more like gambling. The reason why I said so is because you are judging the movement of KLCI and decide whether you wanna buy it up or down. For example like last week, if you can predict KLCI going to dip down below 1500 on Friday and buy in when it hits 1520 on Wednesday. You would have earn Rm50 per index point and Rm50 x 20points= RM1000. However, I don't know what will happen if it continues up and didn't dip down in case you buy it down.
Next, I also found out that HL Ebroking offering very cheap trading fee to the minimum of RM8 per trade. I consulted my brothers and we both wonder whether its a nominee account or not since nominee account normally enjoy less like not receiving vouchers and less dividend. However, its great to know that HL Ebroking offering a lot that you can find it out yourself from the link below:
http://www.hlb.com.my/eb/ebroking/ebroking.jsp?flag=ebroking
To my surprise, the talk also offer free buffet dinner since I didn't manage to have mine before going for the talk. Haha. The last but not least is the speaker from HL investment bank that really inform me a lot with the current market.
The few stuffs I recalled was the worry for the current market- he highlighted about the effect of Japanese earthquake and Middle east riots that he advised people to stay away from market until it is clear that Middle East problem are settle especially Arab Saudi which already shown some signs of instability.
He mentioned about hot money pouring in from Middle East to countries in South East asian like Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. Since these countries are relatively stable, these Middle East tycoon will invest in stock markets or bond especially in Islamic related stocks. Due to these so called Syariah stocks mostly involve in property sector, Malaysia will probably heading toward a surge in house price in around June 2011 if the hot money continue coming in. I definitely hope this is not true because I haven't got mine. Imagine a double stories terrace shoot up million, how is a normal teacher like me going to buy one?
He also used a lot of terms that I don't really understand like CPI and bla bla since I am still novice in this field. He mentioned of US policy and some crisis that might happen if the policy is carried out that I don't know much either. He also mentioned of foreign holding in our stock market that is still considered high and impossible to overrun 27% in 2007 - he reminds us on the issue of election year that most dislike because of unforeseen result.
He ended the speech with few stocks that he recommended:
1. Airasia
2. HSL
3. KSL
4. TM
5. Time Dot Com
6. Mudajaya
7. CIMB
8. Maybank
( just a recommendation, buy at your own risk)
Its quite funny when an uncle asked the speaker to narrow down to 2 stocks and the speaker reply- "If I can do that, then I won't be working".
Haha. I personally like the last sentence.

Catching a dropping knife...........
Aiya......Finally, I feel the pain of buying stock at the wrong time. I am affected by my emotion when the price continue shooting new high, now I pay the price. I forgot the important rule- to be greedy when others are fear, to be careful when others are greedy.
Last few days since Monday, I had been trying my luck to purchase Fajar. From its closing price Rm1.05, I tried my luck on Rm1.04 but not successful that day because the price range from RM1.06-1.10. So on Tuesday, I put RM 1.10 but again I didn't manage to settle the deal because price range that day was RM1.11-1.13. Now my greed had overrun my rational, I keep on assuring myself that it will continue the up trend so I tried again on Wednesday for RM1.13 and this I got it.
However, the price didn't show the continuous trend anymore. Now the price is already RM1.07. Ahhhhhh...........I had caught a fallen knife, though only 6 sen apart, it is already 100+ on paper loss. Same goes to my Daya, where I purchase with much higher price than it was.
I believe this is just some adjustment due to regional affect that have riots every now and then that causes the oil and gas price continue creating new record. I hope soon everyone will forgot about it and my stock will recover.

When can I be rich?
Well, I ask myself some time, can I be rich? I used to aim to become rich man without thinking what I want to be as an adult. I just want the flow of money not to be not issue any more, enjoying life, having big house, marry a wonderful wife and happily ever after. Well, is that possible?
I learn investment because I believe everyone has the equal right to get rich. However, I know this will take some times to wait and learn. With only 2.7k salary per month, after paying my car loans and give some to my mom, ultimately, I only left 1k, that also if i didn't spend any money that month. What a poor pity life!
Before I went university, I bought some Da Ma Cai, hoping to win some lottery and get rich. Haha. That seem to be to no avail because until now I still a poor teacher. Well, I still bought once a while just to see whether I am that lucky guy. After working for more than one year, I only manage to accumulate few k saving. With house price shoot so high, when can I get a double storeys terrace house that already reach 400k in my hometown?
Hopefully, I can gather enough money soon to buy my own house. In the mean time, will chase the girl I like first. Haha. Wish me luck.

When she didn't say yes or no.........
Haha....I never thought she reply so calm. Discussing with me about our differences especially religion. Although we are Chinese but we have difference religion, she's Christian while I am just traditional Chinese that go "pai pai". Well, last time I used to worry for that because I am worry that my parents cannot accept it. As time goes by, I notice that nothing much difference so I dare myself to confess to her. Who knows is her turn to worry, she highlight this because she don't want this to be an issue next time. I am glad actually because I know she is considering me deep inside her mind. Haha.
She also highlight about romance, loyal, rich and bla bla bla but I only can confirm her with my loyalty. Well, if you know me, my look very loyal right? Haha. For romance, I am just empty minded guy that don't know what is that. Haha. May be will try buy her some flowers. For wealth, I can just say " I will try my best."
Although she didn't reply yes, I will wait for her. Trying to convince her I wouldn't mind being different religion. I never thought can be so fun dating a girl, its my first time. Haha.

Confession.........
Well, I am nearly 26 already. Sad to say so, I am still single. While some friends of mine already married, I am still busy finding myself a girl friend. Although single didn't bother me much, some time deep inside, I still feel kind of lonely.
Hmm, am I too picky? I wonder why for all this time, I always fail in this important part of my life- finding a right soul companion. I had confess to some girls before, yet the answers most of the time was "its better to be just friend".
What's wrong with me? Am I too hard to be accepted? Tonight, I nearly confess again but I hesitated for the bad experience I had last time. But technology do help me in avoiding awkward situation if the answer comes other wise where I confess through email. I wonder whether it is appropriate since she might think I am not sincere in asking her. Hopefully, Mr Loso will find Mrs Loso soon..........Hope she will reply "yes, I do". Wish me luck.

Selling my stock...........
This few weeks was rough weeks for stock, seeing stocks up and down. Finally, I decided to sell Mahsing when it touches Rm2.50 although it went up to RM2.83 before. Though I made RM 500+ from this trade, I wonder I have made the right decision since this is a company with continuous earning since last decade.
Now, with some money, I am planning to go in stock again soon. My current stocks are Daya and Stareit, now I am eyeing on Fajar which holds a lot projects in construction. I personally believe that more projects will roll out to lure more support for the current government to keep on in charge.
Besides that, I also eyeing on Daya and Zhulian for their background. My judgment was on their fundamentals like cash, debt, ROE, PE and future growth. I will try to buy Fajar on Monday while keeping an eye for Daya and Zhulian, let's see whether my judgment is correct or not.
